The aim of this project is to build up an in-house training centre of the Company IVAX Pharmaceuticals s.r.o. The new training premises will be intended particularly for educational and development activities of our employees. They will be used for practical professional trainings, language classes, computer literacy courses, trainings for lower and middle management, etc. Trainings of professional development will be provided by external lecturers as well as by experienced internal lecturers recruiting from our employees. The equipment of the training centre shall comprise modern projection and moderating technology, simulations of production practices, laboratory equipment, etc. The training centre is planned to seat 78 people.
The total project costs were planned at CZK 18 030 000 excl. VAT while subsidies from the European Fund for Regional Development comprise 40 per cent of the total recognized costs, i.e. CZK 7 200 000. The project for the reconstruction of the training centre started in January 2009 and shall be concluded in May 2010 when the operation of the training centre shall be launched.
